Spring is finally here. We’re pretty sure your to-do list already feels too long, but we have a couple things that can save you some problems and keep you comfortable in the months to come. The weather is beginning to heating up in Port St. Lucie and the last thing you want is to discover is that you need AC repair. Going through this simple checklist now could save you from sweating this summer.

Changing your air filter makes it to almost every one of our lists of things to check because it's so important and so often left unaddressed. Your ducts and registers are a separate piece of the puzzle that is often neglected as well. While you're spring cleaning, take off the covers from your registers and vacuum inside them. While you have the covers pulled off, soak them in mild dish soap, give them a scrub and switch them after they've dried. - Clean Your Outdoor Unit
Keep any outdoor units clear of debris such as grass clippings, leaves or plant overgrowth. This debris can inhibit your system and cause it to lower its efficiency. - Schedule Your Annual AC Tune-Up

Spring is the best time to set up your tune-up so any issues or AC repair that needs to be made can be addressed before the hot summer months.
